• You are responsible for the content you add to notes, highlights and profile fields.
• Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private areas or interfere with availability.

Content and AI

• Coltiva publishes modern reading versions of public-domain works, reading paths and related metadata.
• AI-generated explanations and generated book text can contain mistakes and should be read critically.
• Coltiva is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Accounts

• Coltiva is currently free and does not include paid subscription terms.
• We may restrict or close accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
• You can request an export or delete your account from settings.

Liability and law

Coltiva is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Pvot is not liable for indirect damage, lost data or service interruptions. Dutch law applies.
